Will mulch hurt my rabbit

Hello
I am working on a bunny run, part grass part dirt and mulch; will mulch hurt my pet rabbit?

Any ideas anyone please?

Not that I would think. They are known to be in gardens and that is mostly mulch. Your rabbit would LOVE you to plant hibiscus, pansies, nasturtiums flowers in your mulch. These are editable flowers they can eat.
