what gender and a skin issue

Hi there,

My mini lop is 13 wks old, gorgeous, inquisitive and friendly. But I have two queries: I was told it was a boy but Im sure its a girl, are there any experts that could help?

Also she has a sad bald patch on the nape of her neck but now itching and skin seems to be smooth. Very occasional dust but hardly there at all.

What is this please?
