What breed is this rabbit?

This is Chester, a senior rabbit that we adopted from a shelter where he was listed as a bunny rabbit mix. After looking at different pictures of rabbits online, we are guessing that Chester may be a Polish rabbit mix. Chester weights 3lb,5oz. He is an incredibly social, friendly and affectionate rabbit who loves attention. We are interested in hearing ideas as to what breed of rabbit that Chester might be. Thank you.
