What breed is my bunny, Cotton??

Hi,
We were told that Cotton is a Netherland Dwarf, but I think he lacks some features, such as small ears/face.
So I was wondering if anyone could tell me if he is a Netherland dwarf or something else?

Idk, but i hope you find out. My friend has one looking exactly like this and is trying to figure out the breed.
