Unsure of breed

Hi
I got my first rabbit a month ago and her name is Posey. I live in Spain and rabbit is a very common meal here so there are lots of rabbit farms. Posey came from a rabbit farm, some friends picked her up for me when she was a little older than a month. She still is startled easily but is growing used to me, especially because she loves to eat and I am the feeder!

I'm assuming that because she was a meat rabbit she'll get big, but I was wondering if anyone had ideas about what breed she is? I've been researching but without much luck. Is there any way to know how old she'll be when full grown if shes 2 months now?
