Separating bonded rabbits

Hi
I have 4 rabbits, dogs and cats and I am going on holiday overseas for 3 weeks. I have a great house sitter who will be looking after all my pets while I am away.

However she is not rabbit savvy. One of my rabbits is a Jersey wooly who needs frequent grooming. This rabbit also has some health issues (damaged lung from pneumonia) and is really small and weak so I am thinking of taking him to a local rabbit breeder to be cared for while I am away.

My question is can he be separated from the others for three weeks and will it be difficult to re-bond him. He is much smaller and weaker than the other bunnies...It works out too expensive to take multiple rabbits to the breeder for 3 weeks and pay the housesitter that’s why I’ll only be taking the one.
