Rabbit with serious tooth problem

Hi
Our rabbit is a rescue doe lionhead-mix that we adopted six years ago. Very nervous and is stressed out by any touching.

Two years ago she was listless and we brought her to the vet, who treated her for a common parasite and jaw abscesses.

We were advised that the only treatment for the jaw abscesses was a daily injection, which we decided we could not administer at our level of skill and her stress at being held. The vet indicated the prognosis was not good.

Now, two years later, she is not keeping herself clean. We examined her and found two abnormal teeth growing outside of her mouth that appear to interfere with cleaning.

Any advice or suggestions will be appreciated.

Thank you
