Rabbit paralyzed in one leg?

by Madeline

Hi everyone! I have a sweet little 7 month old bunny who recently hurt herself jumping down some stairs. Her right back leg is dragging and looks as though it is paralyzed but all of her other limbs are completely fine. Shes taking anti-inflammatory medicine, eating good, drinking water, and seems alright other than the teeth grinding. She’s been to two vets and they both confirmed she has no major breaks/dislocation, but possibly has a fracture or spinal cord damage. My biggest issue is I’ve already spent a few hundred dollars and I’m unable to afford to get the CT Scan to determine where exactly the injury is. I’ve spent a lot of time searching online for info about single leg paralysis in rabbits but I haven’t found anything. I guess my question is, has anyone heard of this & what the cause of the paralysis in only one leg may be? Also, tips on how to care for her would be great!
