Rabbit doesnt eat

Hi
My rabbit stopped eating days ago, neither drinking.
Tried everything, even force-feeding him, but continuous to spit out every food i tried.
After a visit to the vet he started drinking, but keeps chewing on the fresh grass or hey and spits it out.
Does anybody have any tips or had the issue and can help out?
