Would anyone have any advice or ideas on what might have possibly happened. Our lionhead cross was usual alert, chirpy self at 10:30 this morning. Returned home at 6pm and she was lying dead in hutch, no signs of anything trying to get in hutch, no signs or trauma or bites, no signs of distress. This rabbit was a replacement for my daughters last one that got out hutch and seemingly had a heart attack. Could it be a heart attack in hutch? Our other lionhead rabbit seems absolutely fine, been in the house for a play and cuddles, now grazing. I really don't want to tell my kids what's happened?
