Rabbit biscuits

Makes 20 small cookies

Ingredients
1/4 cup of finely grounded oats
1/4 cup of finely grounded rabbit pellets
Half a grated apple
Half a grated carrot
Small handful of finely chopped fresh basil
1/4 tsp of dried mint leaves
1/3 cup of flour
1/2 of banana, mashed till creamy
1/2 tsp of honey (optional)

Method
Pre-heat oven to 170 degrees celsius. Place grounded oats and pellets in bowl, then add mint leaves and basil, add grated apple, carrot and honey, mix slightly, then add mashed banana and mix well into wet dough, the add flour and mix into dough and knead for 1-2 minutes. Roll into small balls and place on tray, flatten with a fork, place in oven for 30-40 minutes, leave to cool. Store in a air tight container and feed to Rabbits sparingly
