Possible rabbit Respiratory Infection or just Snoring? Help!

Hello everyone,

I have an indoor lion-head rabbit that is just 3 yrs old. About a week ago I noticed that she was breathing heavy while she was sleeping/relaxed.

It almost sounds like a soft hum or snore. It is not super loud, there is no discharge from the nose, and it does not seem like she uncomfortable (she does not have symptoms like less activity or leaning to one side).

Actually, she has been very happy this past week. I am not sure if it is just a snore-like breathing or a possible infection. However, I know how fatal respiratory issues can be in rabbits. Does anyone have any advice or know what this could be?
