poorly rabbit

Hi
Can anybody advise please. I have re-homed a female rabbit. I think she is about 1 year old. I have just found out she hasn't been neutered as I was misled to believe she was.

Anyway, I have just arrived home from work to find a pool of blood on the kitchen floor. We have had a look and its near her female bits.

It looks like a lump almost black in colour. I have rang the local vets but they have closed for the evening and I am very worried. Has anyone ever come across this??
