My 4 year old grey lop poop problems

Hi

Pickles, my rabbit, is having poop problems so I've changed her diet. But in the mean time I need to address the sores that have been caused by the urine and poop contact to her skin.

I've given wet bum baths. But I want to help sooth her irritated skin. Any ideas on what creams I can get either locally in the UK or from the Internet.
