i have a lionhead cross that won't eat hay.

Hi

I have a lionhead cross that won't eat hay. I have tried fibre sticks and he's not interested in them either.

I have tried different types of hay as well. He had to have spurs filed down on his molers under anesthetic and now he is pulling his fur out.

Please can you suggest anything? His name is Murkers and he is 3 and a half years old.

Thanks for any help

try fresh grass
by: Wayne

I give mine fresh broad leaf grass and commercial timothy hay. They eat much more of the former so that would be something to try. I cut the top 6 inches for them so it is mostly leaf.
