Holland Lop or Mini Rex???

I am twelve years old and I really want a pet buns. I have done loads of research and I really like holland lops and mini rexs. I just can't decide which to get. I can only get one rabbit though and I will be away from home for around seven or eight hours.

If I get a bunny, it will live on the balcony or in the sunroom. Is that okay? I have heard that holland lops are more prone to ear and teeth problems, but mini rexs are more prone to sore hocks.

Is this true? If you have had any experience with these two breeds could you please compare them for me? Thanks in advance for any recommendations and advice. :)
