Growth on rabbit's skin

Hi
I found this rough growth on my rabbit's skin. It is a bit below his ear - almost about at his jaw line. It feels rough. Does anyone have any idea what it might be? I can't take him to his vet for a while due to the stay at home order.
Any help please?
