English spot with one floppy ear

Hello

I have two English spot rabbits which I have had for over a year. They had been dumped in the countryside and I managed to catch them.

They are really healthy and have had all vaccinations. Today though one of them has a floppy ear like a lop.

Does anyone have any ideas what should I do ?
