Does my rabbit have an eye problem

My rabbits recently had a fight in the garden, and one of them scratched the others eye but he seemed fine afterwards as he wasn't tearing up or even scratching at it.

He could see perfectly fine too. But today, I noticed he had a lump near his eye and was wondering whether it was an eye abscess. I have attached photos and when they had their fight, we started a rabbit insurance plan however it says we cannot take them to the vets for at least 2 weeks
