Diet and health of dutch rabbits

Good day!

We have a few dutch/angora mini rabbits at home. They are already four years old. Is it possible at this age for a rabbit (female) to have babies and is it safe?

I'd also like to ask you about their diet. We give them constantly hay (alas, not timothy), fresh water and some food (mix). However the last few months they stopped eating hay and mainly eat their food in the bowl, although it is not much (we decresed that kind of food the last few months).
