Can someone tell me the breed of this rabbit I rescued?

I found this rabbit outside my house (I live in Sweden) and it had been wandering around for over a week. After trying but unsuccessfully finding the owner, I decided to keep and raise the rabbit myself. Can anyone please tell me the breed?
