What breed I wonder?

Hi

I love butterscotch i got her 6 days ago but we are going to the mainland for a week with my dad so mum has to look after her as mum stays home with my 2 month old baby brother it's sad that she has to be left behind but she gets to come with us to Queensland on a jet to meet my auntie and that means dad stays behind lol I'm going to miss my bunny

She is sweet as butterscotch Lollys and the colour so thats why I called her butterscotch shes only a month and a half. How sweet here are some pics of her in my room as she is half house rabbit and half outdoor bunny !
Sweet asπŸ’›πŸ’™πŸ’œπŸ’šβ€πŸ’—πŸ’–πŸ’•πŸ’•πŸ°πŸ°butterscotch

Good luck Breeding NEW
by: Brooke

Great to see you have the bunny bug. We never get over the loss of special bunnies that touch our hearts. Since my last reply to this post I have lost 5 bunnies in the course of a week. The rhd2 virus stole them from us. All well loved members of our family. Now they have released K5. We still have a couple of bunnies that were quarantined from the 5 we lost, but the vaccines were useless, critical care didn't save them and the vet refused to see them. Take care, but this is a warning to all bunny owners and breeders. We still mourn the loss of our Flemish giants as you will your beloved Butterscotch. No more breeding for me though.

Hello NEW
by: Butterscotch owner

Yes I know you sent that about 2 years ago XD but I think you right because mum said the same we had a young baby black boy bunny shortly after I came back from the mainland... Or a bit more after that but we had them in the same hutch for a little while like a day or 2 until we got him he's own 😳...I now sell rabbits and we have better setup not like a way better one since then XD I still miss her she was the sweetest but yeah I learned a lesson to keep females in the same pen only and males in the same pen only incase that happens again! Oh my :<

Poor Butterscotch! NEW
by: Anonymous

Sorry for your loss! I lost a bunny recently to heatstroke on a 40+ degree day, so I know the feeling of losing a special friend. I now use a water bottle to spray the ears of my rabbits on a hot day to cool them down. Unfortunately, juvenile does can die giving birth to their kits. Pregnancy in young does often results in death because the juvenile doe becomes nutrient deficient. The babies may also be too big to fit through her birth canal. Does need to be at least 6 months of age and the size and maturity level of the doe is an important factor.
