Can anyone tell my rabbit's breed?

So this is Fred, he's 3 months old, I got him from a breeder who kills rabbits for food, he's a bit random, doesn't have any interest in electrical cords, but loves pulling rugs!
I'm sorry the picture is not so good, but the top of his head (lighter part) is a bit of a lighter brown, but still a bit dark. His body has some individual gray hairs and the rest of the fur is a really dark brown, nearly black.
He doesn't have a cottontail. I hope someone can help me :/
